On Sunday at the Remembrance service Prince Philip seemed to be near his end. I've seen people in this place so many times before. They don't last long.

I fear when he passes on the Queen will do a Victoria and go into a long mourning, and i wouldn't blame her. Again, experience of such circumstances says she won't last long without Philip.

I dread to think what will happen when she passes. They have been the stability of this nation most of my life, always there and of a sudden they won't be there for us.

The future, in terms of the royals and a monarch as head of state looks bleak.
