I'm lucky enough to have celebrated my 25th wedding anniversary in USA visiting both the Statue of Liberty and the Grand Canyon. Can really recommend the latter. We flew in a helicopter down to the floor of the canyon, took a boat trip along the Colorado river then flew up to the Skywalk before heading back in the helicopter. Absolutely wonderful!

I have been lucky enough to have visited most of these place and the places I have not visited like the Taj Mahal I've got no great desire to visit. I would love to visit the pyramids, but I just wish they were somewhere else other than Egypt.

I would like to see the Victoria Falls, but don't think I could physically manage the Great Wall.

It is difficult to say which of the other places I liked best, but it is probably Sydney Opera House and I would love to go back! Sailing out one beautiful evening the view of the Bridge and the Opera House was magical.

I'd love to go to China. Not only the wall but the terracotta army in Xian and the emperors palace in Beijing. Was lucky enough to do a helicopter flight over the grand Canyon a few years ago. Still one of the best things I've ever done!

Victoria Falls has been on my bucket list for some time. I would definitely recommend Iguassu Falls on the Argentina/Brazil border if you are into waterfalls.

I would like to see the Pyramids, the only problem is safety.
How does everyone feel about this?

I think it would probably be ok. I went there a few years ago and it was deserted. I was really surprised. The pyramids are a real "must see" though

I agree. Have wanted to do a Nile cruise for a few years. My husband won't hear of it - doesn't think Egypt is safe at the moment!

Definitely Victoria Falls - they look amazing. I've been fortunate to visit a few of the others - many are a let down.

For the sheer scale I think it has to be the Great Wall of China - what an experience!

For sheer beauty it has to the the Victoria Falls. I was lucky enough to go about 15 years ago and it was the most awesome sight ever. On the little plane that flew into the nearby airstrip we could see the falls from about 5 miles away and all the time they had multiple rainbows over them...just amazing
