Fire up the BBQ with these summer-friendly recipes

There’s some debate about whether the sunshine is going to make its way to Blighty this summer –  but when it does, we’ll be ready.

Today we’re sharing the best recipes to help you dust off the barbecue and get grilling.

And of course, in the event of a total weather washout, most of these can be done on the hob too…

BBQ Spiced Marmalade Glazed Pork Ribs with Fresh Radish Salad

Ribs

This BBQ ribs recipe is a great sticky dish and gives you a brilliant excuse to try something new on the BBQ when the sun comes out. If you’re not partial to pork, try the glaze over chicken instead – it’s just as delicious!

BBQ Halloumi and spring onion kebabs

 BBQHalloumi

Barbecued Halloumi and spring onion is a great alternative to cooking meat on the barbecue and is flavourful enough to impress more than just vegetarians. The accompanying quinoa salad is also a treat – perfect for a quick lunch and delicious again later as leftovers.

Lamb & Beetroot Burgers with Feta

 LambBurger

These tasty Lamb & Beetroot Burgers with Feta are a variation of a traditional burger and make a nice change for your BBQ repertoire! Wow guests with these delicious lamb burgers – the beetroot makes them a great colour and they literally melt in the middle thanks to the feta surprise.
