To start your Valentine’s feast, we’ve got plenty of inspiring and indulgent treats. For fans of seafood, try this recipe for Scallops in a Coconut and Chilli Broth, or for something a little more on the meaty side, try Seared Scallops with Lemon and Chorizo instead.
Another great option for your Valentine’s starter, try Blue Cheese, Prosciutto and Rocket Bruschetta – they take just 12 minutes to make and are super tasty. If you’re more a fan of traditional starters, then this recipe for Baked Camembert with Rosemary and Crusty Bread is sure to delight.
Easy to make (you can even prep them the day before), you can’t go wrong with a homemade pie. This recipe for Chestnut Mushroom and Leek Pies is wonderfully warming and tasty – a great choice for a vegetarian dinner.
