Grand UK Holidays Prize Draw Terms & Conditions

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully

1. Entry into the Prize Draw is deemed full and unconditional acceptance of these terms and conditions.
2. In order to enter the prize draw, entrants must enter a valid email address and by doing so are agreeing to receive regular email communications from Silversurfers and Grand UK Holidays. Should entrants no longer wish to receive emails, they may unsubscribe from the newsletter/mailing at any time.
3. Silversurfers do not sell or share your data with any other company, however we will pass your details on to our service providers and agents.
4. The closing date is Saturday, 28th February 2015 11.59pm.
5. Entrants must be at least 55 years of age and be a resident of the UK to enter this competition.
6. The entry instructions form part of the rules. By entering, you agree to accept and be bound by the rules.
7. Prize is for 2 people staying in a twin or double room in a Grand UK Hotel on a 5 day Grand UK coach holiday (on a half board basis).
8. Transport is included from one of 340 local pick-up points across Southern England, East Anglia, the Midlands, London and the Home Counties. If outside the pick-up area the winner can join at resort or travel to the pick-up point. For a full list of pick-up locations please see www.grandukholidays.com, or 2015 brochures.
9. No expenses in relation to the prize are covered.
10. The holiday must be taken before 01 December 2015, excluding Christmas, and is subject to availability and Grand UK Holidays booking terms and conditions.
11.  Prize is non-refundable and non-transferable, and no cash alternative will be offered.
12. The winner travelling on a Grand UK Holiday must be over 55 or accompanying someone who is.
13. The prize draw is not open to employees associated with Silversurfers, and their Associated companies or their families.
14. The winner will be randomly selected from all valid entries and will be formally notified (by email) within 7 days of the closing date.
15. The main winner of the prize must respond within 14 days of being notified to claim their prize.
16. If the prize is not claimed within 21 days of the prize winner being notified it will be redrawn and awarded to the new winner.
17. Silversurfers decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
18. Prize winners may be required to take part in or co-operate with publicity via social media.
19. Entries must not contain anything which is calculated to bring the Promoter, the Prize Partner or associated companies into disrepute or that in any way violates applicable laws and regulations or social network standards.
20. Use of false name or addresses, for example, a name by which the entrant is not usually known, will disqualify them from receiving any prize.
21. Entrants may only enter this competition once
22. These rules are governed by English law.

24. The prize provider reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend this competition should causes beyond its control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of the prize draw.
