The Pink Lady … Helen Mirren
First reaction on seeing Helen Mirren’s pink BAFTA hair? Wow.
Bye-bye blue rinse, Dame Helen’s candy pink BAFTA hair taps into a trend seen on much younger women – and it looks amazing.
Premiered at the BAFTAs last night, her soft grey dress, low-key eye make up and deep pink lipstick allow all the attention to focus on her hair, which looks both modern and incredibly flattering.
We’re not sure how long she’ll stick with pink, but 10/10 to Ms Mirren – who is 67 – for demonstrating, yet again, that 50+ women continue to turn heads for all the right reasons.
Would you go pink? Did you love Helen’s new look or prefer her with Silver hair? Let us know….
