Monarch Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully

1. No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win. Making a purchase will not increase your chances of winning. Entries void where prohibited by law and/or where not in accordance with these terms and conditions.
2. Entry into the Prize Draw is deemed full and unconditional acceptance of these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with these terms and conditions please do not enter the Prize Draw. Please save or print a copy of this page for your records.
3. In order to enter the prize draw, entrants must enter a valid email address and by doing so are agreeing to receive regular email communications from Silversurfers and Monarch Airlines. Should entrants no longer wish to receive emails, they may unsubscribe from the newsletter/mailing at any time.
4. Silversurfers do not sell or share your data with any other company. However for the prize winners only, we may pass your details on to our service providers and agents for the purposes of sending you the prize on our behalf.
5. The closing date is Sunday 31st August 2014 at 11.59pm (UK time).
6. The flights Prize is subject to availability and is not available during Christmas, New Year, school and Bank holidays. The flights Prize must be booked and taken by 31.10.15.
7. The flight Prize will consist of two return flight tickets on the Promoter’s scheduled network except Sharm el Sheikh. The flights Prize is inclusive of airport taxes.  Booking is required for the flights Prize.
8. Entrants must be at least 18 years of age and be a resident of the UK to enter this competition.
9. The prize draw is not open to employees associated with Silversurfers, and their Associated companies or their families.
10. This prize is non-transferrable and must be taken by the registered prize winner.
11. There are no cash alternatives or alternative prizes available.
12. The winner will be randomly selected from all valid entries and will be formally notified (by email) within 7 days of the closing date.
13. The main winner of the prize must respond within 14 days of being notified to claim their prize.
14. Silversurfers decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
15. Prize winners may be required to take part in or co-operate with publicity via social media.
16. Entries must not contain anything which is calculated to bring the Promoter, the Prize Partner or associated companies into disrepute or that in any way violates applicable laws and regulations or social network standards.
17. Use of false name or addresses, for example, a name by which the entrant is not usually known, will disqualify them from receiving any prize.
18. Entrants may only enter this competition once
19. These rules are governed by English law.
