Barometer Survey shows the over 50s have strong views about BrexitI write as a person who voted to leave on refurendum day but has since changed my mind. Brexit is already damaging the British economy with GDP slowing and many companies stating that producing or operating from within the UK will become extremely difficult if the UK does not remain inside the customs union and the free trade area agreement. By example to the above, forward investment in car production is already down by between 30 and 50 percent depending on which report anyone reads. Similar investment trends can be seen in very many other industries which does not look good for future employment prospects in Britain.. As the complexities and uncertainties of Britain leaving the EU become clearer I believe that many like myself relies that they made a mistake with the cross on their ballot paper on refurendum day and would change that vote if given another chance. The above for me is not an easy statement to make. However, I feel I perhaps represent a small part of a much larger change of view taking place in the UK in regard to Brexit.ViewDate:

Is smartphone dependence a problem or just the way of the future? Many things in modern life can be over used and/or abused. I believe that the smartphone has been a huge boast to the ability of people to communicate with one another and in that it has Revolutionised our lives. There are times I am sure we all witness or hear of the above connectivity being abused such as harresment by way of some social media sites. However, that should not be allowed to detract from the huge benefit that smartphones have brought to almost all peoples lives.
