Win an Apple Watch from ellactiva®As an Holistic Advisor and Bioptron light and colour, cycloidal and sport massage therapist I am interested in the Ellactive Caramel Calcium Chews. Since being back in ten UK I have observed many people - especially women - are calcium and Vitamin D (Especially in Winter contributing to SAD) deficient. I recently won the E-Bike on the Silver Surfers December Prize Draw - and have been enjoying the delights of getting back on two wheels again... To be able to track my fitness progress ( with some music whilst I worked) would be amazing... I am in the process of setting up a facebook page to keep people up to date with my travels and journey into the next stage of my life - to encourage others to achieve their potential.... So I would love to win the Apple Watch so I can add scientific information to my observations of my travels - even share my music choices:). Thinking of calling my Facebook community page - Exploits on an E-Bike - perhaps I could add Getting Active with an Apple Watch:) Here's hoping.... And if anyone would like to ask my advise.... I work on Koha - which is a New Zealand Maori custom- which can be translated as gift, present, offering, donation or contribution... Kia Kaha (Forever Strong)ViewDate:

Win a Fitbit to see just how fit you’re becoming. As Commented earlier - 28th January- Also Just about to set up my Facebook Community page - Exploits on an Edge E-Bike:) As an Holistic Advisor and Bioptron light and colour, cycloidal and sport massage therapist I am interested in the Meritene range of shakes and soups with the nutrients they help to provide that contribute to strength and vitality. Since being back in ten UK I have observed many people I interact with have deficiencies particularly in vitamins B2, B6 & B12, Vitamin D (Especially in Winter contributing to SAD) and many showing signs of Copper deficiency. Many people show theses signs through tiredness,, fatigue inability to concentrate and reduced activity. As we age - especially women - we also have hormonal changes that play havoc with our endocrine system. Often resulting in reduced activity which then exacerbates the results of losing the estrogen and progesterone which reduced elasticity in our soft tissues... Often people then reduce their food intake due to reduction in income and this often results in reduced intake of one of the most expensive parts of our diet high quality protein These lifestyle choices reduce muscle mass and causes a downward spiral in well being and contributes to health challenges. Having recently sorted out my personal endocrine challenges I have been on a health and well being campaign.... I have decided to use my diverse skills and education to assist others be the best they can as they mature...... so they can share their wisdom and life experiences with others..... I recently won the E-Bike on the Silver Surfers December Prize Draw - and have been enjoying the delights of getting back on two wheels again... To be able to track my fitness progress would be amazing... Hence I will be setting up a Facebook Community Group - Exploits on an Edge E-Bike - To share my prize with everyone and what it has meant to me personally. Will be uploading soon - Now I have joined the Facebook European On Line Sumit currently being held live from London. I am in the process of setting up a facebook page to keep people up to date with my travels and journey into the next stage of my life - to encourage others to achieve their potential.... "To resist the frigidity of old age (less of the old).. one must combine the body, the mind, and heart. And to keep these in parallel vigour one must exercise, study and love" Bonstettin So I would love to win the Fit Bit - to add scientific information to my observations of my travels. Thinking of calling my page....Exploits on an Edge E-Bike... to which I may be able to add - Facilitated with a Fitbit and meals by Meritene :) Here's hoping.... And if anyone would like to ask my advise.... I work on Koha - which is a New Zealand Maori custom - which can be translated as gift, present, offering, donation or contribution... Win a luxurious holiday to Dubrovnik, Croatia for Two!Having lived in New Zealand for 25 years and having endured the delights of the UK and its grey sky for the last five years. I have now invested in a Duronic Sun lamp as I miss the Blue skies!!! Which is particularly bad during the winter months... not having access to my usual dose of Vitamins!! My hard working husband has spent most of our holidays either renovating our home or assisting family in one way or another and being currently unemployed myself it means we have very limited funds for holidays. This holiday would men I could at long last treat my husband to a wonderful break to a destination neither of us have had the pleasure of experiencing to date. Fingers crossed ....ViewDate:

Win An E-Bike Worth £999 From Edge.Bike! An e-bike is very seriously on my wish list. It would assist me to keep up my fitness without the impact caused by walking and allow me to travel locally without the car... being more eco-friendly, whilst being able to travel further in the same period that I would usually walk every day. This would be very beneficial as I live in Norfolk... on one of the only hills:) I have my fingers cross as this would make a huge difference to my lifestyle.
