Should banks help restrict where you spend your money? There is far too much interference in people's lifes these days under one pretext or another and the worst offender is the Government followed by do-gooders who think they are entitled to interfere because they 'know best'. If people cannot control themselves that is their problem and they should live with the consequences of their actions.ViewDate:

Should Britain stay in the EU or is now the time to leave? We have people coming into this country on six month visas and staying with their relatives, using a Freedom Pass they managed to get of, using our NHS completely free-of-charge and obtaining Benefits. No wonder so many of them stay here at the British taxpayers expense. It is about time we stopped all this freeloading and got out of the EU. There are now 8 Million reasons for doing so and it is increasing at a rate of 330,000 a year. It is becoming exremely rare to hear English spoken in London these days. Now is the time to get our country back. E.U referendum - Vote NO.ViewDate:

Should Britain stay in the EU or is now the time to leave?Magna Carta V. The European Court of Human Rights Clearly The EU has not learned very much from us English over the past 800 years. The Magna Carta pronounced all people are to be treated as innocent until proven guilty and may remain at liberty in the interim, however within the EU, any country can request your apprehension and keep you locked up until your court case so that you cannot continue your life in the interim, which could be many months or even years. Yet our Government has chosen to allow them to do this, reneging on our protection by the Magna Carta which has been in existence these past 800 years. So here we have a group of individuals that we voted to run our country and safeguard all citizens but are dictated to and agree to whatever the EU demands. Cameron needs a backbone, a classic case is the EU dictating that EU countries can only offer support worth 100,000 Euro's to all savers. The Pound should not be included in the savings directive but Cameron is totally unable to stand up to Brussels and simply caved-in. Finally, just what are we paying our elected representatives for when they accept everything Brussels demands. UK Political Party's must accept that they are voted into office to act on behalf of the of the British peoples and to protect our freedoms of action. If they cannot look after us then we do not need them. Currently British Tax Payers pay for two groups of useless bureaucrats, one group of which are determined to introduce the former Soviet System to all EU Countries, including an equivalent 'stassi' system favoured by Junckers, Merkel and Blair. Conservative and UKIP Voters should get together and vote us out of the EU as the unelected rulers are liars and running an unaudited operation. If a UK Company did that, the full force of law enforcement would hit the directors and in double quick time.ViewDate:

Should Britain stay in the EU or is now the time to leave? We have the Death Tax so the government can scavenge any money their taxes missed. A Ponzi scheme for our Pensions. A TV tax so Labour can promote their policies at all times. Income Tax, so the country can dip multiple times into our income, multiplying their revenue many times over. The politicians spend more than they receive in taxes to ensure this country always owes more than it generates, which decreasing the value of the pound and our savings, which in turn pushes up house prices, enabling the Government to propose a tax on the increased house value. If a private company did this, it's Directors would be jailed for fraud. A percentage of our VAT is paid directly to the EU so they can engage legions of people to simply interfere in our lives. Now we have to pay for two governments, the UK's and the EU's, so why are we paying UK politicians when all the decisions are made by EU politicians, led by people whom we are not allowed to vote for. It is about time the British people took to the streets and booted out all the taxes and arrangements that do not directly benefit us or over which we have no control. We are not on this earth to be tax paying Slaves to the country. We are entitled to keep a lot more of our own money. We should support the non-political Taxpayers Alliance Party and give ourselves a decent life, after all we work for it and we deserve it.ViewDate:

Would you consider cashing in your pension for a lump sum?For the past eight years I have managed my own SIPP and drawndown on a monthly basis what I have been allowed to do under HMRC rules . Although I have drawn down substantial annual amounts I now have more in my account than I started with due to my careful equities trading. If I had an annuity I would now be in a disasterous situation. So having my cash now released to me from April 6th, I can now decide how much I need to drawdown without any interference from so called 'investment experts'. As from April 6th I will only draw down sufficient sums that take me up to the 25% Tax bracket, but over the next five years I will take out all my money and stop the 1.25% annual management fee over the total value of my SIPP that I am currently charged. The SIPP managers do absolutly nothing accept use my cash to make themseleves large amounts of interest whilst they offer me absolutely zero interest. These, government approved, modern day Robin Hoods, need to be closed down and fast.ViewDate:

Will you vote in the 2015 General Election?Voters judge party's on their promises made within their manifesto. Whoever wins usually ignores or changes those policies. We need a new magna carta law that makes them keep those promises otherwise our elections are a pure charade.ViewDate:

Should wealthy pensioners receive state-funded benefits?Don't you just love governments. They spend more money than received in tax revenues which means assets increase in value to match the fall in the value of the currency. My house cost me £260K in 1990 and is now worth over £2M. Now they want to means test me with their mansion tax. If I cannot afford to pay, I am forced to downsize. I have always paid all my taxes and yet they rob me of my money when I die through their Inheritance tax. It is about time we had a decent government that allowed honest people to accumulate and keep their wealth. That only leaves one party to vote for come election day and that is UKIP. Let's hope they keep their manifesto promises. The others never have. -
