After leaving school at 16 I went on to aRt school for four years, then worked in Theatres in London as a Property Artist before marrying. Life as usual happens and I found myself being a 'single parent'. I started working in an Adult Training Centre, became qualified and after a number of years became Manager of Training Centres.
Following re marriage and birth of a second daughter my husband became an ARmy Chaplain and I was able to train and obtain my CQSW and Probation Officer qualifications. After divorce and until i retired i worked in various prisons and in the Community with serious offenders. Throughout I have always done volunteer work and
continued my artistic interests, initially in Pottery and Ceramic sculpture and more recently painting in watercolour and Acrylics. I also love gardening and obtained my City & Guilds in Garden Design and GArdening skills when i retired.
