Do you have enough facts yet to make your decision about the EU?I agree with all you say Nigel. I am also convinced that if it is a vote to stay we will be sitting ducks for the EU. We will get nothing out of them whatsoever and there will make more and more demands on us. There will be no chance of getting any meaningful changes not that Dave can tell us what he wants to change. Having gone for referendum we must vote to leave or submit to the EU at all levelsViewDate:

Do you have enough facts yet to make your decision about the EU?There are unfortunately very few facts available to support the exit vote. However I can see that the remain side are unable to tell us how and what they would be capable of changing in the current EU set up. This is the biggest worry should we remain. I have been for getting out for years but I am worried that too many undecided people will be swayed by the doom and gloom prophecies from the industry and other countries who I believe have more to lose by UK exiting than we have in going.ViewDate:

Should Britain stay in the EU or is now the time to leave?I agree with the statements in Hawke008. There will undoubtably be challenges ahead but we need to make the effort to stand on our own two feet if only we could find some honest , not for profit MP's to lead a Government committed to making it work. If we say Out who is man enough to really fight for a Independent , proud and honest UK/ Out, Out, OutViewDate:

Should Britain stay in the EU or is now the time to leave?I believe we will be fine out of the EU but we must not expect results immediately. What am concerned about are: 1 How long will it take to actually leave the EU? 2 Will the government be coerced by the EU to have a second vote with a different question? 3 What will theTory party do if they are left in charge of getting us out and managing a post EU country? 4 Will Cameron resign? 5 What are our legal and financial ties to EU treaties that could delay an exit etc etc? Should Police budgets be cut?The police have done a great deal to reduce their costs over the years which was needed however there will be a limit on how much further they can be expected to go without a further huge reduction on front line officers. They should still seek to improve and save money but there is a great need to have more officers on the ground. Its a pity the resources seem to be able to be found to investigate historic abuse crimes but this is to detriment of other services. I am not by the way saying past crimes should not be investigated but there needs to be a realistic approach and apportionment of resources.ViewDate:

Would you like to see the railways re-nationalised?When I say we I mean me and my friends and family. We saw the mess the unions got us into pre Thatcher and whilst I don't agree with everything she did she certainly released the country from the disastrous grip of the unions. Good unions are great fro the country but not when they become bigger and all powerful for their own purposes and not those of their members. Neither the government nor the unions are capable of running the railways as money would not be dedicated to the infrastructure and future development which is what is needed long term. The big mistake governments make is failing to consult with unions when they propose major changes. They will never learn. Unions of all types can and should help to improve services for all with particular concern for their members. They must be prepared to change their long term habits for the good of all.ViewDate:

Should Britain stay in the EU or is now the time to leave? We should withdraw and stand on our own two feet again. There will be ample opportunities for businesses to flourish without the tight H&S and other red tape measures that the numpties at Brussels keep on adding to already complicated lives.ViewDate:

Should National Service be reintroduced in the UK?I think on the whole it is a good idea although I missed having to do it myself. My elder brother did and it made him a better person and taught him a lot about discipline , respect and working in a team. It should not be reintroduced as a government plot to back up the reduced military numbers. It should also be carefully scrutinised to avoid bullying and radicalisation of any kind.ViewDate:

Does courtesy on the road still exist?I try to be as courteous as I can on the roads and still get annoyed on the few occasions that I forget to indicate. There is so much lack of care on the roads with regards indicating and you need to keep your eyes and brain engaged when driving. Some of the worst culprits are lorry and van drivers and it is difficult to remember when hgv drivers were classed as "knights of then road" Foreign lorries especially left hand drivers are amongst the worst. However there are an increasing number of oder drivers who clearly only venture out occasionally and are clearly lacking in confidence and drive at 20mph on all types of road causing frustration and getting all elderly drivers a bad name. I think we should all be made to retake a test at 60 and every 10 years afterwards to keep us up to date and to check on our bad habits.ViewDate:

Older voters to be guaranteed free bus passes and TV licences!I expect the 0.7% was a target set by the EU. Why should we stick to this when there is no guarantee that the money donated will ever get to the poor that need the help. Better to spend it on clearing a part of the deficit.ViewDate:

Older voters to be guaranteed free bus passes and TV licences!I think UKIP has certainly stirred up politics by identifying issues that concern the majority of people and which have been ignored by all the major parties. I am concerned that Nigel will not be able to deliver a manifesto that will earn him enough votes at the GE.So we will be back to broken promises and legislation that helps the major politicians, donors and their families to make fortunes at the expense of the poor. i.e wind turbines and low energy light bulbs.ViewDate:

Should Winter Fuel Allowance only be given to those pensioners who need it?Those living abroad should not get it at all wherever they live. But the cost of managing the task of eliminating them would probably cost too much and need yet another army of civil servants of private enterprise to be employed as all civil servants are obviously far too busy and overworked to handle itViewDate:

Is it important to know how to use grammar correctly?Major employers are disgusted at youngster lack of good grammar and the next generations need to be taught properly for their future prospects. Trouble is most teachers cannot spell properly or understand grammar thanks to Labour's past record in education. What was it Blair promised? Education, Education, Education. Pity he did not bother to fulfil yet another promise.ViewDate:

Should the World Cup be held in Qatar in 2022?No way. It has not been properly thought out by FIFA as to the impact on UK and european leagues. I am not sure about when other continents play there league football so a winter event may not have such an impact. However the apparent corruptness of the selection method is to me too real and needs to be resolved before any more decisions are made for future events.ViewDate:

Should households pay a universal flat-rate fee regardless of whether they own a TV?Whilst I think those who use it should only have to pay it is very difficult to be certain of the best solution. There needs to be much better control of the funding, management and accountability of the licence fee already being received by The BBC. If theis can be resolved it would make the debate about the cost easier to decide on
