Who will you vote for in the December General Election? Each to his own view :) Personally I lay the blame squarely at the feet of David Cameron. The referendum was poorly thought out - no minimum criteria set as a passing vote, no option to leave with deal or no deal on the ballot form. And no plans for negotiations if the vote was leave. Personal view only - I think his arrogance would not let him consider for one moment the country might decide to get out. But whatever/whoever caused the mess - we are in it and we need a solution. Giving in to the unelected dictators of the EU is not the way to do it. Nor is cancelling the referendum result. Had the negotiating team gone to the EU with no deal as a definite fall back proposition I honestly believe we would have come away with something acceptable to all sides - but Camerons dithering and then Mays begging wiped that possibility out all together. :(ViewDate:

Who will you vote for in the December General Election? As a former member of the Armed Forces there is no way this side of hell freezing over I will vote for Corbyns mob - too much racism, anti-semitism and love of terrorism - and my faith in the two other mainstream parties is SEVERELY damaged after the fiasco of the last 3.5 years. So for want of a better choice and for better or worse I will cast my vote for the Brexit party if there is a candidate in my area. If there is not I will look closely at the "Other" alternatives.ViewDate:

Brexit - what happens next?Whatever the sentiments - there was a vote held and the result was to leave, Ignore this and you destroy all credibility in the democratic process - no ne will ever bother voting again because there will be no point - the losing side will just kick-off until they get a vote they want. That said the ideal would have been to leave the EU equalby with a fair deal as regards trade and movement etc. The probelm with that is the EU in its current form is run by Germany and France for the enefit of Germany and France. MErkels puppets, verhofstadt, arnier and Tusk, have done waht their puppet mistress had told them to do do and made the leaving proxess os hard as possible - presumably thinking that if they put enough diffiluties in the way the British would vae and say "OK we're staying". Sadly thoe who do not read history and roomed to repeat it - Merkel and Macron should have taken that lesson to heart. It didnt work in 1914, it didn't work in 1939 or at any other point in history after 1066. As a result of their attitude the best deal now of rthe UK is to leave with no deal. last figures I saw said 80% of our trade with the EU was buying from them and only 20% was selling to them so a no deal Brecit hurts the EU far more than us. We prospered in the world prior to being conned by Heath into joining the EEC full time so I see no reason why we will not prosper again. All it needs is the right will of the people and the politicians. -
