Which side of the bed do you sleep on?Lying jn the bed I'm on the right side. When we go on holiday my other half is usually nearest the bathroom and I the window. I don't mind which side of the bed, on my own the middle or diagonal as I'm quite tall, head still to right side though.ViewDate:

Which side of the bed do you sleep on?Has she got sleep apnoea? This is a life threatening condition if left untreated as the person actually stops breathing between snores which is a gasp for breath. Most people with this may feel headache, kranky and tired throughout the day because of the oxygen deprivation and poor quality of sleep. I snore but my partner she used to listen to the rhythm and it helped her to sleep. Also check your pillows and quantity as this may be closing the airway and causing the snoring.ViewDate:

Do you believe in setting New Year's Resolutions? We should be making resolutions all the time not just at New Year. But let's call it setting our intentions; start small, just things for the next day, which means doing them the night before so your mind will be able to soak it up overnight. Big goals are more difficult until you've mastered the little goals. Can be something as simple as "tomorrow at work I will have a snack free day“. Always make your intentions in the positive, avoid negative terms like not, no, never etc.ViewDate:

Is obesity a lifestyle choice or a disease?Neither choice options are appropriate, although for some it is a result of a medical condition such as an underactive Thyroid for instance. We don't tend to have a choice in our lifestyle but there is a choice in what we eat. Work for instance, especially if you have an office job, is a major contributor to us being unhealthy add a poor diet on top if that and you can see the result. In my opinion our employers should be encouraging health in the workforce as a healthy employee is productive. Life outside of work doesn't always allow us the time to find opportunities to remain healthy. Technology and related modern culture are also a factor in today's world, tho attempts are being made to make people more active. We are designed to be active and today's environment doesn't necessarily allow it for all thus resulting in an increasing amount of obesity.
