Should the free prescription age in England be raised to 66?A lot of people are not in employment and if they are work part time winding down to retirement - after working for several decades and paying in to the system. If some more affluent over 60 's can afford to pay for their prescriptions then they could opt out of receiving them for free. Also a lot of younger people struggle to pay for prescriptions as they fall into the middle ground of not being on a low enough income but fall just outside the threshold. If people in Scotland and Wales get them free then so should whole of the UK.ViewDate:

Could you give up your car?Living in a rural areas with almost non-existent public transport it is no a viable option at the moment. Infrastructure needs to be improved if the government want people to sign up to not having cars. People have to get to work and go about their daily activities not everyone can afford an electric car, Which I don't think are really friendly to the environment when you consider the chemicals in the batteries and the poor workers who are having to mine them. Also the life and disposal costs of the batteries is in itself pollutingViewDate:

Should Mr Potato Head become gender neutral? It's getting beyound a joke really, what was the other thing ??chestfeeding instead of breastfeeding!! People calling their children it!!! Which I feel is child abuse. Really! Surely it is diversity that makes life interesting. I for one do not want to be gender neutral, and yes there are more important things in the world that should be attracting attention. Grow up and start feeling at one with yourself without having to have a neutral universeViewDate:

Are you happy to have your second jab delayed? While I can see the rationale, it is sending out a confusing message, as a lot of people have appointments booked for their second dose as it was stressed they need two doses to be protected, so extra work for GP /NHS staff rearranging appointments or do these first ones still stand? As I said confusingViewDate:

Will you be pumpkin carving or buying Halloween treats this year?I don 't see why children should be denied a bit of fun, a lot of them are already frightened and concerned by the covid pandemic. My grandson gets very sad and keeps asking when is the covid going away?? As long as precautions are taken a family bubble celebration gives them a feeling of normalityViewDate:

Should parents be fined for not sending their children back to school? Why does everything have to result in a fine, most parents I know can't wait to get the kids back to svhool, is the fine an effort to recoup some of the wasted money ie eat out for less??? Those of us who have worked through this pandemic are paying for this - plus taxes are probably going to be increased, will we be exempt from rises ? Think notViewDate:

Is a second national lockdown for vulnerable over 50s the right way forward? It's only a matter of time before a second spike, especially as there are other viruses lurking. The borders should be closed properly then people would know where they are. The advice at the moment is quite confusing and it's not surprising that the population are becoming agitated. I've been trying to explain to my profoundly deaf daughter what is going on, I found it very difficult.ViewDate:

Do you feel that freedom of speech is becoming restricted in the UK?I am all for people whatever their race or gender being able to express themselves and being treated with respect and equality, but I totally agree with JK Rowling's comments about people who menstrate are they not called women? I also would be very uneasy about some transgender people being allowed in to womans toilets, it is too easy to abuse the situation by unscrupulous people. Every one deserves the right to feel secure and the cases of people identifying with a particular gender using this as a way to abuse others is unacceptable. I am a woman and am proud of that fact and don't need or want some politically correct zealot defining my identity for me.ViewDate:

Are we on a countdown to chaos?Myself and my husband have continued to work throughout this crisis as have thousands of others, while some people (not all), have abused being furloughed by treating it as an extended paid holiday. They now are putting in jepody the hard work and sacrifices of those who have abided by the rules. Do they not realise that even if they are not effected they could be putting members of their families at risk. We all want to get back to a new normal and it is nice to get out and about more, but please for goodness sake stop this madness.ViewDate:

Will you be venturing to the shops this week? Can I just say that wearing gloves is not as effective as regular hand washing, gloves are actually worse as people tend to think they are protecting themselves, but actually unless you change them after every activity you spread more germsViewDate:

Will you be venturing to the shops this week?Unless it is something I really need then will not be going shopping, I dislike the queues and even under "normal" circumstances I avoid busy times. The days of shopping for enjoyment and browsing are over. Its a matter of make a list, check they have what you need and get in and out as quickly as possibleViewDate:

Would you be happy to visit a National Trust garden next week?I would be quite pleased to go as a member, but think that it may be difficult to get a ticket - perhaps it would be an idea for the trust to give an opportunity for members to book their most visited properties by email; as they know which ones you visit most I think that if tickets are not allocated fairly then they will lose membersViewDate:

Is it sensible to allow specified year groups back to school? They can't stay at home forever, and a proportion of children have been at school, the same as a number of us have been going to work, providing hygiene procedures are in place ie hand washing, for our own mental health and wellbeing we need to try and get some sense of normality.ViewDate:

Was Prince Harry right to bare his soul on television? They should take advice from older royals such as Princess Anne, they have been through this and have learnt to balance their exposure. Unfortunately wearing your heart on your sleeve is not a solution. Many people who are living on the breadline and do not have the advantages of these privileged individuals will be inclined to be unsympatheticViewDate:

Would you be happy sharing your local woodland with top predators?Could foresee lots of problems with this, there's a reason we don't have very dangerous animals running loose in our woods and forests, they are territorial and would attack and kill people. Some people would attack and kill them. Nice idea but not very practicalViewDate:

Should grandparents be free to spoil grandchildren as much as they wish?Found the article and the question did not really fit, it is a privilege to be able to be part of grandchildrens lives and being able to spoil them is one of the perks, but this should not undermine parents, there is I feel usually a special bond between grandparents and grandchildren and usually kids understand that not all rules apply when at granny and grandads, but being in direct conflict with mum and or dad is never a good thingViewDate:

Is the 'Naughty' label not nice?It seems to me that the state of society today, with knife crime and violence becoming the norm life seeming to be cheap, comes from lack of discipline in young people, I do not advocate beating children as happened to us older people when we were young but boundaries have to be defined, if a child is never punished if they are naughty then how can they learn the difference between right and wrong. You only have to watch these fly on the wall documentaries on TV, when the police try and arrest youngsters how they scream and carry on, they have no respect for authority, while the youngsters who are brought up with respect and consideration for others are the victims of these fiends.ViewDate:

Would you drive an electric car?In principle they are a good idea, but the manufacture, renewal and disposal of the batteries counteracts the initial benefits, also it takes independent transport away from the less financially well off - as not everyone can afford a new electric car to replace their old car. If this is going to take off there needs to be substantial improvement to the public transport system. The powers that be will probably tax or fine people to try and make them conform - which again guys the less well offViewDate:
