What is the most useless object you have ever bought?I have many items in the 'cupboard graveyard'. I am kicking myself that I ditched my bread maker! Perhaps we should all dust off our forgotten items and gibe them another chance?!ViewDate:

What is the most useless object you have ever bought?Mabel, I have also been through my fair share of "Waterproof" footwear and even with all this modern technology - Goretex and such like, you really can't beat a pair of good old leather boots - if looked after will fit like a dream and keep your feet dry for decades!ViewDate:

What is the most useless object you have ever bought?I once bought an electric can opener - it took longer to attach it to the can than actually using a handheld one to open a can. Yet it still sits at the back of a cupboard somewhere, in the vein hope that it might come into it's own one day!ViewDate:

Are you worried about Coronavirus? Are you panicking yet Wilf? I notice that even some that who are said to have been in perfect health, have now lost their lives. Let's hope the government can turn their attentions to testing more quickly. South Korea seem to have organised this with much more efficiency. I read that scientists have been warning of something like this for quite sometime, since we had Swine Flu and Bird Flu and that we should have had testing in place for a pandemic such as Covid-19. Stay safe!ViewDate:

Do you feel the need to stock up on hand sanitiser and soap?A fair point jeanmark and I'm glad to hear that supermarkets are starting to impose a limit of 2 per person.ViewDate:

Do you feel the need to stock up on hand sanitiser and soap?I won't be stockpiling or panic buying - very selfish. It's also worth noting that apparently good old soap and water is far more effective, than off-the-shelf hand sanitisers.ViewDate:

Are you worried about Coronavirus?I am not worried per se. I am fortunately not high risk as am of good health but, it has surprised me how quickly it spread throughout Northern Italy and shows that we do have to be careful as although, as previously mentioned I consider myself not high risk, this does not mean that I could pass it someone who is. What is worrying me is the panic buyers that are starting to clean the supermarket shelves of essentials, in my humble opinion, a very selfish and scare mongering process to pursue.
