Win a set of organic cottonfresh dust mite proof barrier covers from Allergy Best BuysI would be so happy to win the single set, not for myself but for my daughter who has been living with me since the covid 19 pandemic started, she is a severe asthma sufferer, she is constantly short of breath, as the current treatment she gets for asthma is not providing enough relief, she cannot take steroids because of her immune system and is currently waiting for a referral to see a specialist, goodness knows how long that will take, winning this set of bedding could improve her symptoms so much, so I'm keeping everything crossed in the hope it will be me.ViewDate:

Win ONE of THREE £50 Vouchers to spend with Ivel Valley Bird Food! The food that the variety of birds visiting my garden love best is peanuts and fat blocks, I buy the crushed peanuts to put in feeders, a lot drops to the ground which ground feeders gobble up, no mess no weeds growing either.ViewDate:

Pen palsHi everyone, I've just joined this site and would welcome some communication with anyone who wants a friend. My main interest is art, I love to paint, I also have a dog and like to walk. I'm also interested in the natural world, in fact anything to do with wildlife and nature. Although most topics interest me, those are my main ones. I live in South Wales near the Severn and Usk estuary.ViewDate:

Should a statue of Margaret Thatcher be erected in her home town?Margaret Thatcher, hate her or love her, she deserves to have this statue in her memory being the first woman prime minister in this country. £300,000 for a statue is peanuts compared to what is currently being wasted by this government on HS2 , a debate on that topic would be good.
