Step back in time: to 1961I spent every single one of my teenage years in the swingin' sixties. The best decade in the history of the world for so many reasons. How cool was that?ViewDate:

Who will you be voting for in the European Elections? Not everything about the EU has been bad. When we leave we can keep the good and ditch the bad. We can refuse entry to migrants, if they do not benefit our country, no more free rides at taxpayers expense. Migrants arriving by boat still get 'rescued' but get taken back to where they started, sending out a message that the land of milk and honey is now closed. We can deport non-British people who commit crimes in our country without them being able to run squealing to the ECHR and us being overruled, enabling the criminals to drag out legal challenges for years at our expense, whilst committing more crimes. We decide what is best for us. No arguments and no appeals. This is just a small part of 'Taking Back Control.'ViewDate:

Who will you be voting for in the European Elections?I agree with everything you say, especially the pathetic remoaners argument that, "the Brexit Party doesn’t yet have a manifesto," The reason you give for this is not rocket science and can easily be worked out by anyone of average intelligence. Their pathetic argument is proof, if it were needed, that they are desperate but unable to come up with any cohesive argument worthy of grown-up debate. In five years time when we are out and booming, every remoaner will swear on his/her life that they were always leavers right from the start. They actually believe that they will not be able to go on their annual p*ssup to Benidorm because of Brexit. As one old enough to remember life before the EU, I remember driving from North wales back to my army unit in Germany for many years and being waved through customs at Belgium, Holland, and Germany, by holding up my British passport. Should that change, it will change for them as well and they will not be happy. None of the remoaners doomsday scenarios will be one way. Anything they do to us, they do to themselves. They won't like it up 'em, Mr Mainwaring! Stop flapping people, it will be fine.ViewDate:

Does Valentine's Day place too much emphasis on romantic love?We were taught about Valentines Day in junior school. It was about the mystery of receiving a card from a secret admirer, and wondering who it could be. Sadly, it then morphed into a competition to brag about how many you'd had. Today, Valentines Day has been hijacked by the card, confectionery, restaurant and flower businesses and it is now a multi-million pound industry and my wife and I take no part in it. I tell her how much she is loved many times each day, she gets flowers at random times when she is not expecting it, if I see her struggling I am there for her. I must be doing something right, we have been married for fifty years.
