Are you put off overseas travel due to changing Government policies? We usually go to Spain in the winter but we're not going anywhere abroad until this government gets its act together and the testing is dropped for double vaccinated travellers.ViewDate:

Should NHS nurses get more than a 1% pay rise?A tax free bonus or two weeks extra holiday, especially for those who missed their holidays over the last year. Some have not taken their leave at all due to shortages.ViewDate:

Should NHS nurses get more than a 1% pay rise?As a key NHS worker, but not a nurse (yes, there are other people working in hospitals other than nurses and doctors) I should point out that all staff (except doctors, that's another story) are on the same Agenda for Change agreed pay rates, so it's not just a kick in the teeth for nurses but for all of us.ViewDate:

Are we on a countdown to chaos? As someone who's been working all the time as a key worker, not seeing my Mum who broke her leg in April, not seeing my 3 year old goddaughter who hugs the phone when I call, I get really cross with these people.ViewDate:

Does wearing a face mask when out make sense to you?Wearing a mask means wearing. Not below your nose, not on your chin, not hanging from one ear! From the moment you put it on to go out until the moment you arrive back home DO NOT TOUCH IT!! Others you might as well not bother. And wash your hands after shopping as the trolleys may not be very clean. And don't wear gloves. We were gloves in hospitals to protect the patient NOT the nurse or doctor. Wearing gloves gives people a false sense of security that their hands are somehow now magically safe.ViewDate:
