Are you ever too old to own a pet?We have in the last 2 months adopted an 11 Yr old cat. We are both in our 80s, had a cat all our married life of 57 yrs. It would be awful not to have a cat. You don't need a young animal at our age. An older cat /dog will be a companion for an elderly adult, and the rescue will always help if the adult can no longer look after their pet. Happy hours with a cat on your lap, purring.ViewDate:

Should all Christmas parties be off this year?If Boris can have a Christmas party then so can we. I am beginning to think all these viruses are one, just different names. The government wants to keep controlling the people of UK.ViewDate:

Are you having weird or vivid dreams during lockdown?I keep having the same recurring dream. It's been goings-on for more than a couple of months now. It always starts with a new car. Not any car but, a very beautiful sporty type, it is coloured Burnt Orange. When ever I go out in it and park someone always steals it. I never get to take it home. What is that all about. As I am 78 yrs old don't think I could get into a sports car.ViewDate:

Should WW2 veteran NHS fundraiser Tom Moore be knighted?Tom should get a knighthood for what he has given to this county. Not only the NHS but to England during ww11. He gave years of his life during the war. I'll bet he will not be given a knighthood as he is not a footballer or movie star or someone who can buy one. Its all wrong how they are given. It was for valour, not playing a game and making lots of money. What ever you are given or not Tom Moore you will be remembered by the people of UK. Bless you.ViewDate:

Should WW2 veteran NHS fundraiser Tom Moore be knighted?Yes he should. He has done more for the NHS than any footballer who makes £0000s playing a game. Wonder how much they have given. He is a brave and generous man. Should take over from Boris, he would do a better job of the lock down lm sure.ViewDate:

Have you been affected by the shortage of HRT products?I was on HRT for 15yrs in the 70s. Never had any trouble getting them. Helped with my joint pains ,also early menopause. Its been 30yrs or more since they were stopped. I have never felt as well since stopping, until l was told that CBD oil might help. I have been taking it just over a week. I feel like I did on HRT ,it has really helped with the joint pains. Not everyone can take it, depending on what medication you are on, well worth a try. Seek GPS advice.ViewDate:

Is Labour's new WASPI promise credible? No he would change his mind before it becomes law He needs to think about the thousands of women who gave up good jobs to stay at home to bring up their children. They also lost their pension, but we were there for our children coming home from school.ViewDate:

Did Prince Andrew's Newsnight interview make his predicament better or worse?Worst,it was obvious he was up against a wall and lied. Why not tell the truth and shame the . We all know he is one for the ladies, it's been so in the royalty around the world. He is not a favourite among the population because he abused his position.ViewDate:

Should playing tag in the playground be banned in Primary Schools? We are becoming a nanny state. Let our children learn from each other be it rough and tough that's how life is.Does this head teacher think that all problems will be solved by holding hands and clapping? We need our children to grew up strong and independent, it's a hard life out there, don't turn them into sissy's.ViewDate:

Should over 70s be banned from voting on the country's future? What do they teach children in school's these days?.Do they ever think who has paid with their hard work and taxes to bring England back to the wealthy country it has become since the last war.Of course not. They are not taught to think for themselves, just listen to the rubbish on Twitter and such on their mobiles. They are becoming like zombie having to follow what is told to them. Soon they will call for euthanasia for all over 70s to make room for more robotic workers .God help them.ViewDate:

Would you like a ‘standing’ GP appointment? No l am not in favour of standing to speak to the Dr. We are rushed enough as it is, hardly any time to say what's is wrong before we are out the door. As I am unable to stand for more than 10mins before I am in pain l would rather be seated.ViewDate:

Should women have time off work for menopausal symptoms? This was the same for me, my mum would ,at times, call the Dr as she thought I had appendix. I was also on HRT as by the time l was in my 40s l was having trouble with my back. Hence no menopause.ViewDate:

Should women have time off work for menopausal symptoms?Sorry but the answer is no. In my generation we had to get on with it, pain or no pain. If firms start letting women have time of then,it will snowball. There are a lot of women who will be thinking "l will have a few days off and say it's period pains " Take a paracetamol.ViewDate:

Would you be happy if music were banned from cars?No !every enjoyment cannot be taken away .It's not the radio thats the problem it's those who have to have it so loud . They don't care about their own hearing problems which they will have in later life, so why should they worry if it affects you. You can have music playing on a long drive and not even hear it, but it's company.ViewDate:

Is the 'Naughty' label not nice? When I was a childminder some 20 yrs ago the social services told me l wasn't to call a chair, (the naughty chair,) as the chair wasn't naughty, but the child was. So?what was the answer?. If a child was so naughty, there was nothing we could do as,all control had been taken away from us as minders and parents. What do we have now? children who have no respect for their parents or anyone. If a parent dares to punish their own child, that same child can report their parents. What a sad place we have had made for for us by a few. -
