Have motorists forgotten their manners?Driving should be an enjoyable experience. No person should have to experience road rage from any road user. Unfortunately this is how it is these days. Increased road congestion and stressed road users I feel the easiest way to avoid becoming a victim of road rage. Slow down pull over and park up in a safe location if possible Should you find you're stuck in a gridlock road traffic queues. Don't make eye contact with the person. Keep your windows closed and your doors locked. During the years I've driven. I've only experienced it a couple of times. Would recommend the IAM taster free taster driving and riding session. Should you wish to go further and take an advanced driving or riding course. Changes your approach to driving very enjoyable.ViewDate:

How easy is it really to get a job when you're over 50?I'm 59 and have recently been made redundant. I had worked for the company for 6 years. I was fortunate to receive a redundancy as I'd worked for 6 years. I'm still coming to terms with the shock of the situation of which I had no inclination was about to occur. Six weeks I've been out of work.Jobsearching everyday for at least 40 hours per week. I've had 2 interviews from the many jobs I've applied for. I do realise that my application won't even be considered by many companies due to the 43 years I've worked.( In a nutshell I'm too old) I'm trying to remain positive about the situation, If the job situation does not improve soon. I may consider retraining. The local jobcentre may apply for funding to assist with retraining or becoming self employed. It's worth asking at Citizens Advice.
