Should all pensioners over 75 be entitled to a free TV licence? The licence fee should be scrapped altogether. I resent paying money to such a biased organisation.ViewDate:

Faking thicker brows and lashesI have recently discovered Benefits Roller Ball mascara (I think that's what its called), it has a distinctive pink bit on the handle end, has a curved brush & is meant to make eyelashes curl. It does! However, it is not the easiest mascara to remove. I have always stuck with Max Factor or L'Oreal Million Lashes previously but think I may now be a Benefits convert. They also do a very good primer for eyes (Lemon Aid) & subtle cream blusher.ViewDate:

Fifty shades of greyHaving not seen my natural hair colour for about 50 years, I decided last month that I was bored with the expense & time involved with colouring. I have had a combination of hi/low lights & have been predominately blonde (especially during the summer months!) for many years. I've had much fun with colouring & also been a brunette & redhead... Now, I am fed up with all the colouring hassle, not to mention ever increasing costs! So, a couple of weeks ago I bit the bullet & had my shoulder length hair cut into a short choppy bob, I now only have about 2 inches of colour left on the top layers & am going to see what happens. I might hate the grey or I might not. Watch this space.....ViewDate:

Should new fathers paternity leave and pay be doubled?I was born in the 1950's before paternity leave was heard of, it didn't stop me having a close bond with my Dad! Likewise, when my kids were born in the early 70's lack of paternity leave didn't stop them having a close bond with their Dad either! The money would be better spent on social care for the elderly!!
