Is Labour's new WASPI promise credible? It’s probably the only chance you have so my advice would be to go for it. What is to lose? You’ve already lost and it will stay lost if you don’t vote to try to get it back.ViewDate:

Is Labour's new WASPI promise credible? It is restitution not a benefit. If the court case is won any government will have to pay it all back because it was never their money in the first place. It had been promised to these women and then taken away leaving many with nothing.ViewDate:

Is Labour's new WASPI promise credible? You’ve missed the point completely. It’s not a question of keeping on working. Most WASPI women aren’t working and can’t get jobs.. You try getting ANY job in your 50s as an unemployed man these days, never mind as an unemployed woman in her 60s. These women should be retired but they can’t retire because their pensions were taken away and they have no means or time to make up the difference. There should be no talk of whether any government can afford this it is not their money in the first place. If I stole from you and was told to give it back would you accept me not doing so because I couldn’t afford it? Would you keep trying to get a job to earn that money back even though nobody wanted to hire you for any job let alone a half decent one?
