Who would you like to see succeed the Queen - Prince Charles or Prince William?I feel that William and Kate should have much time with their family before taking on the duties of State which will change everything for them.ViewDate:

Is it cruel to dress up dogs for Halloween?Halloween has become a nightmare. This yet another one of those American obsessions that many feel they have to follow. Dogs are dogs & yes wrap them up warm for the winter but dress them up for this.......no.ViewDate:

Would you like to see cannabis legalised?I have seen the results of the use of cannabis when I worked a mental hospital & its not good. These people became dangerous criminals & had committed some appalling acts of barbarity. When Blair was conning the pothead lobby by hinting he would legalise cannabis this became a source of debate at work. I asked a social worker if they felt it should be legalised & to my utter horror this is how the conversation went. yes she felt that it should legalised. So I said 'but what about the victims who have been murdered, maimed & the families having to live with the consequences. She then said 'its a price worth paying in a free society'!!!!!!!!!!!!! As for medical use which under a controlled environment & I believe that its a certain extraction from the plant then yes otherwise no.ViewDate:

Should the Winter Fuel Allowance be means tested? My brother is a millionaire so does he need the winter fuel allowance to spend on a nice holiday in the sun while the rest of us freeze? Don't think so.ViewDate:

Do you want another EU Referendum?I worked hard for the Leave campaign whereas the Remain campaign were arrogant, treated the voters with contempt, attempted to bully the voters & felt that the British would vote to stay. Not once on the campaign trail did I see anyone from the Remain campaign out on the streets or knocking on doors putting forward their case to remain. I came across a remainer who asked me were the people from the remain campaign were & I said 'I don't know'. he went in doors & put up a Leave poster. Now many argue that those who voted leave didn't know what they voted for, well sorry to disappoint most did & I was taken aback on the Polling Stations the number of people who turned to vote who had not either voted for years or not voted at all, this time they felt that there vote counted. Now we could argue that many who voted to stay didn't know what they voted for. Some of the comments I got when I asked those who wanted to remain & asked them why they replied with 'well we have always been in it' & I would say do you know what it means to be in the eu, to only be told 'no'. And then those morons who went protesting 'shame on you', well I say this. its called DEMOCRACY & shame on them for not getting their vote out. And ask yourselves this, if the Leave campaign had lost & we went marching down the streets shouting 'shame on you' what would the remainers say? Well, the British people have spoken & it was a democratic vote. So, no we had our say the Leavers won & the remainers lost. End of story.ViewDate:

Should National Service be reintroduced in the UK?We need to instil some self discipline & the ability to work with others as a team & stop this i in team. We also need to be ready for any event that as a country we maybe faced with in theses very uncertain times. The country has become soft & in my opinion weak minded we need firm resolve even if it means upsetting the left wing who have undermined this country. As a former solider I gained a lot in making me a more responsible person & what it was to fight if necessary to defend my country.ViewDate:

Should smoking be brought back into pubs? The NHS does not make more from taxes from smokers in fact it costs the NHS a huge amount with its quit campaign. I speak as someone who is involved with the reorganisation of the NHS & its funding deficit. One message that is going to be hitting hard is that people WILL have to start taking better care of their own health. So stop smoking, better diets, reduce alcohol consumption & better lifestyles will become the norm. If we want an NHS then their has to be a radical change in attitudes. Another message that needs to be rammed home is that the NHS is not free only at the point of delivery. The NHS will be faced in the near future with some very hard choices about what sort of health care this country gets so it's down to all of us to be responsible when it comes down to manage ring our own health.ViewDate:

Older voters to be guaranteed free bus passes and TV licences! For many years now I have been disengaged with the current lot of politicians to the point whenever I vote I cast a blank ballot paper. Most of them have never had a real job, most are so out of touch they have not got a clue what its like at the bottom & this current lot seem to HATE people who need benefits to live on, bedroom tax, need I say anymore. So we now have a General Election. We are yet again being promised the earth with jam today & jam tomorrow. Now the tories are promising that free bus passes for senior citizens will remain. The mere fact that they discussed taking them away says it all, who next 'call me dave' the disabled lets face it we can all work even through you not able to. As for Labour, well they think that we are stupid as some labour peers have said so & I ready do not like this attitude of we will blame all our mistakes on the others! Many of us have worked hard all our lives & paid our taxes, unlike some who can get away with it. Many have had to deal with the effects of redundancy, the loss of our homes & have had rely on food-banks. We need a new deal, we are the voters, you represent us not your own self interest. We are now all going to be faced with a choice of who governs next. It will be a hung Parliament many of the smaller parties will hold the balance of power. I certainly will be voting for one of the smaller parties as its time to break this strangle hold that the two main parties have crushed us for years. The Native American Indians have a saying "White man he speak with forked tongue", the same goes for the London elite. So who will I be voting for UKIP now the true one nation party so much so that I am member.
