Do you bank online?I do bank online, and manage my husband's account too. I only do this on my laptop, not my mobile phone. I somehow feel safer doing it on the laptop. I've never had any problems banking on line. There is a branch of my bank in our small town, but not my husband's. I find we use cash far less than we used to. I often shop with just my phone with me, with my bank card slotted inside.ViewDate:

Fifty shades of greyI was afraid of reverting to my natural colour which, at 65, was quite grey. My sister, who is 12 years older, has beautiful white hair, it runs in the family, it seems. My eldest daughter has let her hair go a lovely natural silver grey in her 40's and it doesn't make her look old, so I decided to take the plunge. I've been lightening my hair since my teens, apart from the odd diversion to browns and reds. In my 60's I added colour to my hair, having purple streaks and dip dyes just for fun. I plan more purple when my hair is fully grown out! So far I'm managing the transition with a silverising shampoo and conditioner that evens out the blonde tones still present, it looks very natural. I'm so glad I made the decision.ViewDate:

Do you call your midday meal lunch or dinner? When I was young we had our 'dinner' in the middle of the day and our evening meal was called 'tea'. Dinner was our main meal of the day, my Dad cycled home from his work and we had our meat and two veg. Tea would be something light like soup, cooked meats and salads, eggs/cheese on toast etc. As people's work patterns changed, and more women went out to work, that's when a lot ofpeople started having their main meal at night. The evening meal then became 'dinner', although some people still call it 'tea', and the midday meal became lunch.ViewDate:

Will you be reading Grey this summer?I read all three books and really enjoyed them. I took them for what they were, which was essentially a love story with a modern twist! Bit too raunchy for some, I admit, but they were a work of fiction after all. I was working in a library when they first came out so had easier access to them than I would otherwise have had. I certainly wouldn't have bought them. I probably will read this new one but I'm not in a hurry, and again, I won't buy it when I can get it free from the library. Everyone's tastes are different and that's how it should be, but no one should feel embarrassed because they read/enjoyed them or vice versa.ViewDate:

Should Handstands and Cartwheels be banned in school playgrounds? What next?!! Some schools have banned children from running, skipping with a rope, conkering, playing marbles, the list goes on. This has nothing to do with preventing children from getting hurt, for goodness sake, it's a fact of life, children will get hurt in the normal rough and tumble of school playtime. This was accepted generally years ago when I was at school but not now. Today schools are more worried about getting sued by money-grabbing parents or failing some stupid health and safety rules than children having fun and being healthy playing outdoors. Why don't we just wrap them all in cotton wool and keep them indoors at all times!!!!ViewDate:
