Should shops continue to take cash?Apart from older people who may not be able to use computers, so therefore bank physically, there are children going into shops to buy sweets, pop etc. Maybe older children could budget with a card but young children need to see what money they have to learn. Sadly there are also many homeless people on the streets who survive because someone has given them cash so until that problem has been solved cash will still be an essential lifesaver.ViewDate:

My Mother's Day Dilemma! My Mum is no longer with us and my biggest regret is that living so far away I didn't get to see heras often as I would have liked. Hopefully, after this awful year people will realise that a hug and time together is the most important thing, not just on Mothers Day, but ANY day. Sending lots of hugs to Heaven.ViewDate:

Win a Holiday for Two to Canada for Your Nominated NHS Worker!I nominate Stacey Banks who is a Nurse Practitioner within the Northumbria Healthcare Trust. She has 3 children who are being cared for by their Grandmother while Stacey often spend her off duty hours in a hotel to minimise risk to her family and a long commute between shifts.ViewDate:

Should playing tag in the playground be banned in Primary Schools? This is ridiculous, children need to run around and let off steam. If the playground is properly supervised any behaviour that is deemed too rough can be picked up and dealt with. Every child should learn what is and what is not acceptable behaviour.ViewDate:

10 of the best castles and palaces in BritainNo contest as far as I am concerned, number 1 is Bamburgh Castle, and number 2 is Alnwick Castle both in Northumberland which I believe has more castles than any other county in England.ViewDate:

Clever uses for denture tabletsDenture tablets are great for cleaning vacuum flasks, they get rid of staining and the unpleasant smell flasks sometimes have. Some discount shops sell a much cheaper alternative than branded tablets and they work just as well.ViewDate:

Do your pets get distressed with the sound of fireworks? The dog I have now isn't bothered by them, but my 2 previous dogs were terrified, the 1st with good cause as kids threw a firework close beside her. I firmly believe that the Government should make it illegal to set off fireworks except at properly organised events, where people have to be licensed by the local council and that should be advertised to warn people with pets. Fireworks these days are so loud, that if you live in a built up area it sounds lime a war zone, therefore really distressing for people with PTSD and elderly people.ViewDate:

Would you want to take your dog on holiday with you if you could?Bryn is a 9 year old Border Collie, he is family and always comes on holiday with us. He always behaves, never whines for his own way and is happy to do whatever we want as long as he's fed and walked. Altogether easier tban a lot of children I see.ViewDate:

Has the media become too judgemental? Most of the time they are not just judgemental, they are downright cruel. Fine, comment on whoever looks well dressed and elegant but make no comment at all on those who have made a fashion faux pas. If they are in the photo and no complimentary comment has been made they will draw their own conclusion ( or their Style Consultants will)ViewDate:
