I joined Home-Start East Sussex as a volunteer. They're a charity which helps families with young children who need some support. You have to do a free training course which was really interesting and I also made some good friends with the other people who were on it and you go to social events throughout the year. It's great because I'm helping young families, keeping my brain active and have some new friends. Win win all round!

I always check on-line reviews for any product or holiday but must say that I recently bought a new landline telephone because of the reviews and it doesn't work very well at all. I tend to look at the negative reviews now as they tend to be more honest.
