I'm entering on behalf of my 85-year old mum. She has recently lost 31/2 stone but still has problems with excess fluid in her legs and lacks some confidence after a fall. I think a pedometer would motivate her to step more, rather than being concerned about distance. She has done SO well and I am very proud of her.
