My Memory BoxOh so very true, I can equate to every word. Also I lived in East Sussex, West Burwash in the 1970's and early 80's. The garden of England. I hope you are continuing to add more memories. Something I have not got around to yet, it takes times. But one day I will open the box ...........ViewDate:

Should Britain stay in the EU or is now the time to leave?I saw a post on Facebook yesterday that suggested that David Cameron, and others were deliberately wanting us to vote 'OUT' even through he is voting to stay in. That his attitude and comments about leaving were to deliberately anger us to vote 'OUT' ....... The reason given is that he wants to sell off more of our once great institutions to his friends at knock down prices. The NHS for instance. I found this difficult to swallow, as I believe that once 'OUT' he would have no other choice than to resign, along with his Buddy, The Chancellor of the Exchequer, Mr. Hunt. There have been far too many mistakes made by the pair, and already the public are calling for a Parliamentary rethink on the schools being forced into being Academies. People had had enough of this austerity that just goes on and on whilst the EU squanders the taxpayers money and the EU|'s books have never been audited. We can make a difference ....... WE NEED 'OUT' !ViewDate:

brianehardy99 showcase imageI have three Robins in the garden at the moment, I usually on have just the one. Normally Robins fight and are very territorial, but these appear to just accept each other. As Robins are residents all year around I suspect that I have two babies from last years brood along with the one I usually have. My reasoning behind this is that one is by far tamer and I suspect he is the older, and most likely the parent, whereas the others are learning fast that when I appear it is usually with bread, or other titbits. Its a frenzy of Baby feeding in the nests at the moment, so much activity. Yesterday to my horror, I saw a rat in the garden, time to stop feeding on the ground I think, though I never leave it lying around, it is quickly eaten by the Robins, Blackbirds, Sparrows, Thrushes, BlueTits and the big family of Finches. If they dont pick it up quickly the dreaded Jackdaws are very watchful and down in a trice. A lovely photo, thanks for sharing. TwilleyTwineToes (She was my first doll)ViewDate:

Black SalmonThat salmon sounds great, and it is easy and simple ........ I usually just put Lemon or Lime Juice on and microwave two pieces of salmon in a microwave bag that seals for about 2 and a half minutes. But I will try it with pepper. Thanks. TwilleyTwineToesViewDate:

Planting Spring BulbsMy daffodils are in the ground permanently. I haven't spotted any above the surface yet. But, we have had so much rain here in Lincolnshire, I would have though them glad to emerge. My roses are still blooming ! -
