Do you think Princess Beatrice and Eugenie should be given royal duties?I agree with many of the posts. The Prince of Wales is correct in having a streamlined Royal Family. If AirMiles Andy got his daughters proper jobs, that did NOT allow 10 holidays a year, there would be no problem. The Duke of Cambridge, Prince William has a job, so why cannot Airmiles Andy and his daughters get proper jobs, instead of gallivanting here and there......to me, the three of them are just spoilt.ViewDate:

Will you still watch The Great British Bake Off without Mary Berry?Mary, Mel & Sue are the three main ingredients to GBBO. Paul Hollywood can be replaced. My wife cannot abide him. We will not be following the show over to Channel 4. Ch 4 have bought a tent and PH. The show will never be the same... Have heard that The Chuckle Brothers will front the new programme with PH and Alan Carr as the judges...lolololViewDate:

Barometer Survey shows the over 50s have strong views about BrexitJust my opinion - If the country votes to leave, not much will change...Great Britain will still be part of Europe in some way or another and immigration will not change, may even get worse. The 'Out' side have not yet said, what will happen if UK is out...there is no Plan B.....also, no-one has said, if 'out', what will happen to roughly 2 million expats in Europe....they could all return wanting to be housed... UK can do much more to help Europe improve from being within Europe and I do not mean accepting the Euro etc.. This is one of those times, where the ''better the devil you know than the devil you don't know". Another problem is, there are not so many living born before 1950, who can still remember how bad the UK was before entering Europe.... I can and it was awful...since being a senior partner in Europe, the UK is now another great country.ViewDate:

Should Britain stay in the EU or is now the time to leave? At the moment there is very information. All I hear is OUT without people giving a valid reason. Before the UK was accepted in to original EEC, life for Britons in general was not that good, but over the last 50 years, the standard of living has improved as well as other improvements. Most people know that the EU is fractured, but it is not broken. The EU can be mended with help from one of the most important partners - the United Kingdom. The UK is not broken, it is not ruined. The UK is one of the stronger countries in the world today. One problem that has not been covered, are all the expats throughout Europe. There are over 2 million, plus hundreds of thousands more who have holiday homes. The feeling I get, is they no-one cares. So, for arguments sake, the vote is Out and over the next few years, pensions maybe frozen, healthcare arrangements maybe stopped, there could be an influx of expat pensioners fleeing Europe, to return to their homeland wanting homes, extra benefits etc, etc....these expats coming back, would be a burden for the UK. I am sure of one guarantee, the Euro will not be imposed on the UK..
