Hi from Canada!Hi, it would be interesting to chat with you. We have just come back from Alberta, travelled round, up north to Valleyview for relations, Edmonton, jasper, Banff, Calgary, Vegreville and lots lovely small places inbetween. Beautiful state, so different from B.C. Hope to be back again in future. I like to travel, read and watch a little TV specially NCIS. Would enjoy chatting if you are interested.ViewDate:

Relationship break downsWe are grandparents to one boy, but due to attitude of his partner(I hate that word) influencing our son he has changed from being close to us, now we can't talk to him, everything wrong is our fault, even the baby gifts we send are critized. Sad state of affairs but what to do? We can see no solution so we get on with our lives, life is too short to have unnecessary stress at our age.ViewDate:

Trip around the worldHi, hope you ha e a fantastic trip. We did a Round the world trip in 2012, as a treat for my husband, wanted to do it for years. We flew by air New Zealand as found theirs was best price, and you can use other airlines within the group. LA is a good stop over, good hotel is the Queen Mary, a little way out but so worth it. Cook Islands definitely worth a trip and Aitutaki is the most beautiful place we have been to so far! Hawaii also good if you can get it into your itinerary. Sydney of course, Brisbane, Auckland - suggest motor home hire and drive down to South Island. If you like Islands you could go to Solomon Islands - very uncommercial and interesting, how about Vanuatu, Tahiti if you can get it into the itinerary. Singapore and Malaysia well worth a trip. It all depends on which airline you are using and how many miles you want to do as different routes amount to different mileage and you can't go back on yourself. There are also circle fares for the South Pacific which are reasonable all depending on where you want to go. Good luck, have a great time.ViewDate:

Pre-existing Health Conditions Travel InsuranceHi, like comment below try Staysure. We used them last year for trip to Arizona and found them reasonable compared with other quotes we had for my husband which were Ott. I don't envy going by sea, I like to get there fast then have more time to spend in the place I am going to to e pore. we fly to Vancouver on a regular basis using Canadian Affair, sounds like you are going as far as Calgary, for the Rockies, the flight time isn't that bad, 8/9 hours approx. And a lot quicker than by sea. Presume if you are going by sea you are going to New York then either flying or getting train? Canada and USA are great places and travelling is easy, you will love Canada, the scenery is fantastic and the people very welcoming. Don't worry, you will have a great time.ViewDate:

What book are you currently reading?I also read kite runner and wasnt impressed with it. It is not representative of all the Middle East, only one country. I lived in Middle East for many years and found the people friendly and helpful. There is good and bad in all countries and one must balance things out, if you live in someone else's country you should abide by their laws and traditions not try to change them. I am halfway thru the book "The Dress" by Kate Kerrigan ( I think her name is) fascinating romance, well worth reading. I like to read both proper books and kindle. Kindle is easier for travelling.ViewDate:

What are your favourite travel destinations and why?England is a great country but it has one big problem - THE WEATHER - and there is nothing worse than being on holiday and it's pouring with rain all or most of the time. When I think of a holiday I look for sunshine and warm weather so I can too up my vitamin D !ViewDate:

What are your favourite travel destinations and why?My favourite places are Aitutaki in Cook Islands' so so beautiful, the most beautiful lagoon in the world, and Hawaii - in particular Molokai - Hawaii as it used to be - but Big Island is also fantastic, seeing Pele erupting is awesome. I adore Hawaiian music and dance. Also I love the USA mainland - Arizona was our last trip, the desert is superb, the people so friendly.ViewDate:
