Do you have trouble sleeping?I have no trouble getting off to sleep, but wake after n hour or so to go to the loo. Easily back to sleep for another hour or three then I am fully awake. Usually I sleep for a total of 4 to 5 hours a night.ViewDate:

Did you watch Bodyguard on BBC?One of the best real dramas to be aired lately. The finale was certainly a masterpiece of television. The question as to whether Home Sec is in fact dead (a rumour put about by the BBC no doubt) means that a second series will be welcomed with anticipation of a repeat helping of BBC brilliance.ViewDate:

Do you have trouble sleeping?I go to sleep very quickly and sleep soundly fo 3 or 4 hours. Once awake I cannot settle and have to get up. I have tried all sorts of remedies to help me sleep longer with no real success. I usually have a catch up nap in the evening.ViewDate:

Should we use Happy Holidays instead of Happy Christmas? The whole idea of the Christmas is the celebration of Christ's birth! This is now often forgotten and the commercial side has taken over more and more. Other faiths are quite capable of understanding why Christians want to celebrate this great event without feeling excluded in any way. We should therefore do every thing possible to promote the true meaning if only by keeping it Happy Christmas.ViewDate:

Do you see the benefits of mindfulness and meditation?I prefer to lose myself in music. Faun, a German Pagan Folk group provide some very mindful tracks, both stimulating and relaxing.ViewDate:

Do you use vitamins and supplements?I take a combination of Vitamins and herbal extracts mainly to alleviate arthritic pain and joint stiffness. Go Po, containing rose hip, is for me very effective. Although this is quite expensive, I buy through Boots 3 for 2 vitamin promotion.ViewDate:

Should the NHS stop funding IVF treatment?I believe in nature. If conception doesn't occur there is a reason. I agree with WendyJ21 - there are many unwanted children needing a loving home. If nature decrees that a couple cannot conceive the NHS should encourage adoption rather than IVF.ViewDate:

Do you want another EU Referendum? The behaviour of the EU negotiators makes me even more certain that we should leave now. Our negotiators should make it clear that, if they are unwilling to negotiate with open minds and without the constant underhand tricks, we will just walk away. They know in their hearts that they need us more than we need them and in the long run will be better off than we are as a member state.ViewDate:

Do you think we’re facing chaos now we’re leaving the EU?I voted to leave. I have thought long and hard as to whether this was right or wrong but am still convinced that we as a nation are better off without the dictats of a body of un-elected, uncontrollable, openly federalist beaurocrats. The comments made in this debate more often than relate to how our economy will be affected. While this is important (and incidentally trade is now looking up) what is more important in my view is the British way of life. We are an island nation (close to Europe but not really of it or its values) and that has always been our strength. We have the strength, expertise, and hopefully the will to succeed.ViewDate:

Jeremy Corbyn or Owen Smith - who would you choose?I hope that Jeremy wins as this gives us a certain future with a Conservative Government for a further term! -
