I may be a bit out of line here but i think the licence fee should be scrapped altogether as the BBC seems to have lost its way the last few years. It seems to broadcast more repeats now and a lot of news appears on other broadcasters that the BBc never mentions. I may be a bit cynical but it's just my opinion. No offence meant
