Should over 70s be banned from voting on the country's future? Is this for real? are the young people crazy, have they forgotten that its the older people of this country that through time in various military organisations have made it possible for them to have the relatively quite lifetime with no turmoil or fear from foreign interferenceViewDate:

Does the country need a new 'caretaker' prime minister?God will these types of questions never end We are leaving the EU deal with it The conservatives won the election no matter how you look at it so let her get on with the job We don't need anymore referendums or elections I tend to go with the party that impresses me most at the time and any opposition will tell you what you want to hear because they want power, doesn't mean there going to carry out there promises Just wish politicians would stop all the back biting and help the women get on with the jobViewDate:

Has Theresa May's power evaporated? They were allowed to return a couple of hours later apparently there was a technical hitch so everybody who wanted to vote had ample timeViewDate:

Has Theresa May's power evaporated?I have no idea why she felt she had to call an election but in doing so has diminished my idea that this was finally a tory politician who listen to people Instead of achieving a bigger majority she is in a situation of relying on another party to agree to pass her ideas past parliament in fact she may well find herself having to have parliamentary votes every time they don't like her ideas for Brexit Did she not realise that the younger voters who were enraged by the Brexit vote would come out in there droves, if she didn't then i can only assume she had bad advice or was very out of touchViewDate:

Should Theresa May join Jeremy Corbyn tonight in the TV debate? This TV debate is an American idea that should stay exactly where it came from, this country is becoming to Americanised There is nothing wrong with the political party broadcasts on tv giving people the ability to make an informed decision without the slagging matchViewDate:

Should the Winter Fuel Allowance be means tested?Should people at least be living here at the time that the payment is paid out not living abroad for the months that this payment is meant to cover As per a previous comment i am losing my support for may and am convinced we will not hear the worst until she is back in power As for the comment about personal pension comment not all pensions produce vast amounts of money so how do you set a means test amount and what would it be! I certainly don't have a pension that allows me to live abroad during the winter months despite having worked since i was 15 If the power companies were brought to book about the extortionate charges for fuel perhaps the fuel payment would not be neededViewDate:

Would you like to see the mail, rail and energy industries nationalised?I used the railways during the 60s/70/80s and no way were they anywhere near as expensive as they are today, yes i agree they could have been more efficient but they were not the only industry with problems a lot of the problems were caused by antiquated thinking towards working people by bosses I was also a postmen during some of that period and take offence to the person who suggests i was back in bed by noon, my shift started at 5am, i would be out of the sorting office in all weathers by 7am putting up with peoples aggressive dogs among other things, back to the office about 10.30 for a break before taking out another load before returning and finishing my shift about 2.30 Also quite often we would be asked to do overtime to cover lack of staff which meant we would probably do another 3 hours in the eveningViewDate:

Should the State Pension be means tested? If you have paid your money into the system then surely regardless of how rich or poor you are you are entitled to the same as everybody else that's called democracyViewDate:

Do you think Scotland should hold a second referendum? For what its worth my opinion about the first minister past and present have only self interest in mind There wish to be the first prime minister or whatever name they will call themselves is in there mind, they may well have the interest of Scotland at heart but its not there sole interest If the people of Scotland want independence then I believe they should have it but at least give it time to see what brexit offers the Scottish people
