Grandparents get the blame for everything! How about on the other side of the coin that we have the time to show them healthy eating, walks in the countryside instead of them stuck in iPad or game console. Time and special love. I was brought up on sugar and jam sandwiches. Suet puddings and dripping! I am healthy and I teach my grandchildren nutritious eating, exercise and respect for others. Don't condemn the older generation for living longer.... which means we know how to look after ourselves and our grandchildren!!
