Will you try Sunions - the new tearless onion? For me no as I don't suffer from that. My partner does. My opinion relates to height of individual. I am 6ft 2" so when ai cut onions my nose is about 2ft away from the onion and I don't suffer from it. Whereas my partner is 4ft 10" and nose is closer to the onion and she suffers as others suffer. Now is that a consideration for those that do and those that don't. I would be interested in any comments/results from what I stated.ViewDate:

Should over 70s be banned from voting on the country's future? As has been stated the young have no life experience which we the older generation have, we have the wisdom of our learning over the years to be able to assess situation far better and know the consequences of our actions wrong or right, we have learnt from the mistakes of various parties in power., so can vote with accuracy for the best party to lead the UK for better.ViewDate:

Should over 70s be banned from voting on the country's future? If the young don't want the over 70's to vote or be a member of parliament then Jeremy Corbyn who is 70 ( Born May 1949 )would not be allowed to vote or be voted into office. I am not a labour voter but I am 1 yr older than him. I will vote for the party I want in power. I bet Corbyn on his salary still takes the heating allowance every year, whilst other pensioners struggle on a low income.ViewDate:

Does the future look brighter? The country has wasted close to years and paid billions to to them, we should have left without any deals the minute the new PM was elected. The EU only wants our money and nothing else. PM May has allowed herself to be bullied by the EU, you can leave any union etc without having to have a divorce agreement. The EU are just bullies and we should leave without any deals.ViewDate:

Should Theresa May stay or go?Corburn is a communist at heart, he wants to get rid of the royal family and will do so if he is ever elected as he has no respect for the queen or even our country, you just need to check all the records to find out his true objectives. If he ever got into power then our country would have no defence as he would diminish our armed services to the bare minimum.ViewDate:

Should Theresa May stay or go?I am totally annoyed at those that want Theresa out, she has only been Prime Minister for a short time, and doing her utmost for the country, I believe that those that are wanting her out do not believe in a woman being a dominant situation. Those pple should look at themselves and accept that Theresa is the leader and will take our country forward. I also believe we shouldn't wait the 2 yrs to come out of Europe it should have been done instantly without this so called divorce proceedings.ViewDate:

Do you believe it's right to ban the sale of petrol and diesel cars? There is only aproximately 50yrs of oil reserves underground, so banning petrol and diesel in 40yrs time is an indication of oil running out, also less aircraft in the air as they consume a lot of of fuel produced by oil. People forget that there is only so much in the ground and it has to run out eventually. Consider coal when that was available but now is running out. I won't be around in 40 yrs time as I am 69 yrs of age. So good luck to all the youngsters here.ViewDate:

Has Theresa May got the right financial balance for pensioners?I totally agree with the Fuel Allowance on a means test. Jeremy Corburn is a pensioner with a very high income, yet he still accepts the allowance even though he can afford to pay for his fuel costs. He technically is a scrounger as he doesn't state he doesn't need it. When the tories have done their calculations I may come within the test to gain that allowance.ViewDate:

Would you like to see the mail, rail and energy industries nationalised? Why does Corburn want to go backwards in time and not go forward. He is living in the past with communist ideas.ViewDate:

Should fox hunting be legal again?I totally agree with a clean dispatch, I have see fox hunting when it was legal and each time the fox was cornered and was dispatched cleanly by the huntsmen. The dogs did not attack the fox. I accept that other hunting groups didn't train their dogs to corner and not attack until a huntsmen did a clean dispatch.ViewDate:

Should fox hunting be legal again?I was Farmer in the rural areas, and families who reared chickens in outhouses on their land with good fencing to prevent foxes getting in failed. One fox will kill a hundred chickens not for food just to enjoy the slaughter, so Yes I in full agreement to bring fox hunting back. Foxes are complete vermin despite them living in towns now, they should be exterminated on sight.ViewDate:

Speakers Corner CommentsRecent Supreme court decision on Children taken out of school during term for a Holiday. As I see it the Supreme Court decision in favour of of stopping abscence from school for holidays. This to means that schools can no longer allow for visits abroad by pupils on a school trip, as that means they will not be studying for exams etc. All head teachers have to take this into account now and stop all school trips abroad as that will stop students studying for exams so headmasters can also be fined for each pupil missing attendance whilst abroad on Holiday on a so called trip abroad.ViewDate:
