Pavilion apartments feature a 24-hour emergency alarm system as well as an audio and video door entry system for enhanced security. Wet rooms offer step free access in and out of the shower for residents, as well as a pull cord for emergencies. Plug sockets throughout are at waist height, and the apartments are fully wheelchair accessible.
