Have a lovely weekend.
Thank you
I apologise for sometimes being able to complete the Soduko in a fast time at the first attempt and assure you that I do not do as you suggest. When I first started completing Sodukos in my younger days (9 years ago) I could complete the easy ones in under 2 minutes so 6 minutes is actually quite slow for me. Silver surfers do not indicate the level of difficulty of the Sudokos and I have noticed that sometimes the times from the previous game are left up on the scoreboard when a new game appears. I have pointed this out eg I recently left a message saying:
"Good morning, lovely to see a new Sudoko this morning. I completed this one in 8.28. My other time of 5.49 (currently topping the leaderboard) was for the previous Sudoko so I donโt know whether you are able to remove that faster time from the leaderboard? I found this morningโs new game more difficult and would not like to discourage fellow Sudoko players by having my faster time still up there."
Hope that helps explain?
Personally I am amazed by the speed at which some people complete the crossword but would not dream of suggesting they cheat. They obviously have a well-developed internal thesaurus and are very quick at lateral thinking. Let's give credit where credit's due.
Keep on quizzing, having fun. ๐
That's great news about the iphone/ipad. My mum is an ardent puzzler and is looking forward to trying to beat me on her ipad (or ippy as she fondly calls it.) I still have an old Blackberry so will go quiet again soon as we are off on our travels again next week. ๐
