Bottom to Bottom

Bottom to Bottom

From one bottom to another
Have you ever suffered piles?
They’re burning, itchy and uncomfortable
And you have them for awhile.

You go to see the Doctor
He tells you to lie down on your tum
Your feeling quite embarrassed
You tell him it’s your bum.

He prescribed me cream and suppositories
This is going to be a laugh
A change to a high fibre diet
And a hot relaxing bath.

He said there’s an operation
But it’s really not very nice
With your tonsils your given ice cream
With the piles you just get ice.

Childbirth caused the problem
Didn’t suffer with them before
I wonder why men get them?
At least they can be cured.

My piles have finally gone now
How are yours, have they been treated?
From one bottom to another
The piles have been defeated.
