Running around the garden,
Jogging on the spot,
Dancing to Zumba,
Giving it all you’ve got.

Pumping on the weights,
on an exercise bike,
Keep fit whilst indoors,
any way you like.

Doing Pilates,
rowing on a machine,
going for daily exercise,
running around the green.

Running up the stairs,
Sit ups in your room,
Press ups in the kitchen,
or vigorously sweeping with a broom.

Whatever you’re doing,
alone with kids or wife,
Keep doing what you’re doing,
being a couch potato is not a life.
