I love Autumn but…

I love Autumn but…

I love to walk through fallen leaves
But it plays havoc with my knees
The leaves they cover all around
And hide the dangers on the ground
I trip on roots and slip in puddles
My poor old legs get in a muddle
I sometimes struggle to stay upright
If you could see me, oh what a sight!
But it’s good for my heart and for my brain
So tomorrow I’ll be doing it all over again!
