Mountains

As we rise still higher
We see the majestic mountains rising up into the sky.
Carved silhouettes against the azure blue
Topped with crystal white snow and towering over the valley.
The glacier is laid out before us, a fantastic view!

The ice stopped in its slide down the mountain.
Shining like glass in the sunlight
Carving out valleys between the peaks
Amazing! Such a sight!

Great grey rock formations scarred and broken by the weather
Nature has put on a show for us
So glad we can see it
Together!
