My mum is an angel
High up in the sky
Thinking of her sometimes
Makes me want to cry

My mum is an angel
And at this time of year
Memories of Christmas past
Can bring a little tear

My mum is an angel
Looking from above
But I know that she always
Sends me all her love

And though it’s been a while
Thinking of her happy face
Always makes me smile

And even though I’m sad
I really should be happy
Because now she’s back with dad.
