The Pensioner’s rap

The Pensioner’s Rap

Come on all ye silver surfers,
Turn off your lap-tops, get off-line.
Get your bodies movin’,
Even if you are seventy-nine.

Warm up those creaking knee joints,
Rub on a little Vicks.
Get those bodies poppin’,
Throw away those walking sticks.

Climb out of that comfy arm-chair,
You don’t need an afternoon nap.
Get up, get down, spin around,
Let’s do the Pensioner’s Rap.
