Rosemary’s professional career includes working with Pierre Koffman at the internationally famous Tante Claire restaurant in London as well also Jean-Christophe Novelli. She has run multiple award winning cookery schools across the UK and now runs a successful online cookery school catering for all standards of cooks.
Teaching and passing on her experience and skills is where her real passion lies.
