The new Home Living Consultation offers a personalised video call with one of Complete Care Shop’s fully qualified Occupational Therapists over WhatsApp, Zoom or Microsoft Teams.

The Occupational Therapist will discuss challenges you’re experiencing in getting around and performing daily tasks such as struggling with bathing, dressing, toileting, mobility, dexterity, strength and personal care or living with conditions such as arthritis, dementia and incontinence.

The Occupational Therapist will discuss what is important for them to be able to do at home and how this can be achieved, as well as evaluate the environment to assess any minor adaptions to the home or alternative solutions to support independent living.  These recommendations can help to reduce the person’s risk of falls as they help to create a more supportive living environment to help keep them in their own home.
