Do you choose organic, unprocessed food?

Hi all, I am watching many webinars on fighting disease using food and other healthy options.

I am surprised how long I for one never mind most of us have had blinkers on. We put so much unhealthy, poisoned and processed food in our body. Add to that environmental toxins etc. My eyes are being opened. Disease is rife. We have to look after theses precious bodies or they will break down on us. One thing we can control is what we put in our body.

Anyone else on here passionate about healthy organic unprocessed food choices?

Depends if you are growing your own produce or are happy to pay inflated prices in the supermarkets and farmers markets.

Ecarg I order a lot of ,y food from Riverford organic farm. Guy watson informs you each week about his organic farming ventures. He is passionate to educate and grow this natural means of growing foods. I cut out expensive wasteful junk food and drink items and happily pay a bit extra. I feel blessed to be able to put clean, healthy nutritious food in my body and my families when they are around visiting. Which is often because they know mum and (nan )will have an healthy home cooked meal on the table.

Totally agree with you that organic food is good for us. I grow some foods but buy at the local farmers market, It certainly tastes different to what you buy in the supermarket even if it does cost a little more
