Did you crave anything today?

My OMAD choice of the day was edamame pasta. Not bad and took care of my pasta craving! Have you tried it?

Dark cocoa powder is good for you, and there's a lot of research available about health benefits of honey (including regulating blood sugar!). I've been enjoying honey sweetened cocoa enormously

Nurseharpy, is cocoa powder as good as cacao (we can buy both in powder form here in the UK)? I've never been sure of the difference between them - except the price!

Pasta, chopped veg of your choice (including cooked edamame), dressing of your choice. Voila!

Funnily enough, I can usually take chocolate or leave it, but when there's nothing chocolate-flavoured in the house I start to get a craving. I'll even look at chocolate cakes on Google Images, but if you offered me a slice I'd probably say, "Mm-naaah." Crazy mixed-up kid.

I have a parcel to take to the Post Office this afternoon. That will mean returning past M&S, and I have had chocolate eclairs on my mind since yesterday evening ...

We in the U.S. have the added complication of Donald Trump, who has totally politicized the whole thing. He sees things only as they impact him, and was dumb enough to downplay the whole thing enough that his followers did also, and we're in a huge pickle as a result. I don't know when we'll be able to pick up the pieces of our economy, probably not until there are much better treatments and/or a vaccine, since testing is being discouraged.

Getting back to how things used to be !!!!!!!!!!!

I think that things will gradually return to normal as better treatments and vaccines are found. There is so much research going on, there have been huge gains in understanding the illness. This will probably be a distant memory in a year, I'm guessing.
