Easyjet flight refund rejected...

Has anyone managed to get a refund from Easyjet for flights not taken and cancelled 2 weeks before due date? My sister was travelling with me and became ill suddenly and died 2 weeks before the holiday and Easyjet refused a refund. They have offered a voucher which I will not use as it only lasts for 6 months and I am still grieving for my young sister.

Hi I would book using the voucher make sure you can change the flight it used to cost £25 you can then extend date of travel. Personally i would think of booking somewhere she liked or wanted to go & see it through her eyes. You may find this helps grief process. All the best Judy
