Are face exercises advisable for middle-aged women?

I tried face exercises a couple of years ago and it was probably the biggest beauty mistake I've ever made. The lines on my face became more pronounced and new lines appeared. Does anyone have a similar experience?

Hahaha i think all of us become a bit delusional when we get to a certain age.

I keep a few, er, a lot, of the clothes I used to wear ih my 20s hoping I would fit into them again one day. Lol

I probably didnt do the exercises correctly then. 🙁
You look amazing.

I should warn you tho about undereye exercises. They literally made my eyebags look worse.

What seems to work for me are face massages. I managed to massage away the deep wrinkles between my brows.
